Cancellation & Refund Policy
Aviation Edge API subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Access to purchased standalone databases is granted indefinitely, unless otherwise stated on the Website. API subscriptions can be canceled at any time by following the cancellation instructions available in your user dashboards, or by sending a cancellation request to [email protected] at least 7 days before your next renewal date, so we have adequate time to carry out your request.
If your submitted payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) fails at renewal, the system will attempt to process the payment again a few more times. If multiple attempts fail, your subscription may be automatically canceled without notice. Please note that retry frequency and duration may vary depending on your payment provider’s rules.
If an API subscription renews due to a failed or incomplete cancellation by the user, the user remains fully responsible for payment of the renewed term(s).
Please keep in mind that you will continue to have access to the data during the full current cycle even if you cancel your subscription at the beginning of it.
All API subscription renewal fees and standalone database purchases are final and non-refundable, including in cases where the Services are partially used, not used at all, or were accessed only briefly.
