Cancellation, refund and subscription fees

Subscription Fees

The account of the credit card holder will automatically be charged on the transaction date of the original subscription payment on each of the following months until cancellation. For example, June 15, 2016, becomes July 15, 2016. In case there is no corresponding date in the next month, it will be charged on the last day of the month. For example, January 31, 2017, becomes February 28, 2017.

Discounts, special offers or rebates apply only for the valid term and apply to the full subscription rates. The full rate will apply after the first discounted month.

If we are unable to renew the subscription because of inaccurate or outdated credit card information, Aviation Edge may terminate the subscription and these terms.

The right to have access to our services under these terms is only effective upon payment of the subscription fees.

In case that the subscription fees need to be raised for subsequent subscription periods, Aviation Edge provides a notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the current subscription you hold.

Trial and discounted rates apply only to the initial month after which the full rate applies

Cancelling Account

Cancellation must be requested at minimum 10 days prior to the following renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription from your account by sending an email to support@aviation-edge.com (include Cancellation and your API key on the e-mail subject)

Requests to cancel by phone are not considered and do not accomplish cancellation.

Your access to our data will continue through the end of your current paid period. For example, If your credit card is charged on the 15th of June and you cancel on June 25th, you will not lose access until 15th of July.

Refunds

Subscription fees and individual purchases are non-refundable.
